I spent 19 years working in college athletics, as a coach, assistant athletic director, compliance officer and academic advisor. I have now transitioned to secondary education and am passionate about helping people discover their career paths and the best route to achieving their career goals.

I believe in tailoring my approach to the individual learner’s needs and goals. A top down/singular approach doesn’t best support helping people achieve their goals. Everyone has their own story, history, background and path, and it’s important to help people find the way to their goals that they can be comfortable with. If a student doesn’t believe in something they won’t buy into its merits, and buy-in is key to motivation.
