About Annesha
I want to teach my students to do well in exams and to be prepared for practice because what you learn in degree/CLP is a stepping stone for practice. While all students aim to do well in their exams just to move to the next stage, having a good foundation on Civil Procedure will get you along far during your pupillage, and subsequently in practice.

I teach Civil Procedure according to each chapters at the beginning for students to understand how each chapters work on its own. Then, I will provide comprehensive over all guidance on how to understand the procedures as a whole. This is important because in practice or generally, for any questions asked in exam, examiner wants to know that you understand the law as a whole, and not in isolation.
