About Anna-Teresa
I first got in touch with yoga at my first visit in India 2009. Eversince I came back every year and can't get enough of the wisdom regarding the the science of yoga, ayurveda as well as tantra. Recently I gave up my home in Vienna, Austria, where I grew up and studied and worked to make yoga my full time job.
I do conduct yoga retreats all over the world since I love working closely with people and am now happy to be sharing some of my teachings with you.

If you want to change not only your body but your whole life, I am happy to take a part in that. I have been guiding people through hardships and periods of change for the past years using yoga and meditation as tools for that.
Once we found ut what you are expecting I will build sequences for you consisting of yoga asanas, breathwork and meditation as well other tools to help you on your way. We will work with your body, your mind and your nervous system, clearing old patterns out and implementing new ways of being.
