Tenor Pietro Antonio Pizzatto, a native of Curitiba, holds a bachelor's degree in lyrical singing at the Paraná School of Music and Fine Arts (undergraduate). He was part of the Illvminata research and performance group on ancient music, performing several concerts of medieval, renaissance and baroque music and promoting workshops in conjunction with Caixa Cultural. In 2018 he acted as a soloist in the concert Gestos do Corpo do Fogo, conducted by Flávio Stein at the 35th Music Workshop of Curitiba. In the same year he was selected to receive scholarship at the 4th Singing Academy in Trancoso under the conductor of Maestro Rolf Beck (Germany), where he attended master classes with baritone Marcel Boone (Netherlands) and Lucia Duchoňová (Slovakia). Also acted as a soloist in 2017 in the montage of the opera Carmen, by G. Bizet, at Teatro Guaíra. The following year, he performed one of the roles of J. Strauss's opera Die Fledermaus in Guairinha. Lately he has been dedicated to piano and voice recitals and the teaching of lyric singing in the city of Curitiba.
