Khizer when working has the classic gift of being your friend and keeping you at a distance 'a professional distance ' so respect and complacency are never compromised. His primary purpose in work is to come up with the best and most economical solution, if things are beyond his field he doesn't fall into the trap of attempting to do something he cant do, he remains safety critical at all times which means ensures the safety of all, a most rare and vital gift and skill.
This man is amongst very few I would heed his words, because I know from working with him he only espouses what he is proficient at, he is approachable and has no agenda and will always give advise that is required and not think less of you for asking in fact it's the opposite he promotes this behavior which is the tenet of our institutions both civil and structural were we are a learned society and always pass on what we know as not to do so is selfies but worse dangerous, this man would put no one in harms way and prove things by actually doing them a rare and fine engineer

After working under Mohamed Khizer’s supervision for a year as a graduate engineer, I have to declare that he is an excellent professional. He helped me understand design engineering process, company's project management process and started me with helpful design engineering tools. Mr. Khizer has an exceptional grasp of people's needs, to the point where everyone who works with him feels at ease.

Mohamed Khizer is a great mentor to myself. He has taught me more in the last 6 months than I had learnt in the 3 years prior to him acting as my manager. He does anything in his ability to help any of his team, and broaden their civil engineering knowledge. I would recommend him to any civil engineering role, and he would be a valuable asset.
