About Leonardo
I have one year of experience with academic support for undergraduates at UFRGS, which yielded me lots of knowledge on classes for groups. In the last six months, I began to give individual tutoring and my students, who are generally beginners in the languages I teach, report having developed a positive emotional bond in their respectives languages of study.

My methodology is based on seeing the language as an instrument of social action. So I'll always focus on effective communicative situations, making use of authentic texts (those that weren't produced for educational purposes only) and encouraging my students to speak the language. In private lessons, I build interactions between me and the student; in group classes, I prioritize communicative exchanges among the students.
