Personally I feel I want to share a part of what I know to help students achieve academic success, develop critical thinking skills, and foster a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives. Provide Feedback and Guidance Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their understanding and skills. Provide specific examples and suggestions for improvement. 6.
