About Martina
With a background in artistic gymnastics and with the constant desire to fly, I discovered pole dancing at the beginning of 2020. Outside of work, I like to express my creativity through this sport that I have been practicing for 4 years now. Having had the opportunity to move and travel a lot, I practiced this sport all over the world (Italy, Europe, United States), drawing from different teaching methods, but also experimenting with solo training dictated by the pandemic, a period which certainly forged my personal style. Over time, the love for pole dancing has become more and more consolidated, becoming a real means of self-expression. Through the movement found in this discipline, and in general in the aerial arts disciplines, I am able to express emotions, thoughts and moods that I would not be able to express in any other way. From this year I have taken this great passion to the next level, obtaining the qualification to teach this discipline from the CSEN committee, recognized by CONI. With my lessons, I hope to be able to convey the values that this wonderful discipline has given me: constancy, expression, inclusion, spontaneity, empathy, care. Things that may seem trivial, but that we all need to consciously find in our hectic lives.

The watchword of my training is "expression", understood as an expression of one's potential, one's uniqueness and one's emotions. This is why I prepare "tailor-made" lessons for each student, firstly with a careful evaluation of the sporting and physical background and subsequently with the study of conditionings suitable for continuous improvement, guiding the person on a journey to discover the own strengths and style.
The lesson is structured as follows:
0) Consultancy and preliminary assessments of the student's background and needs
1) Warm-up and total body active flexibility
2) Strengthening of the muscle groups involved (even on the pole)
3) Study of the figure, combo or choreography
4) Any particular requests from the student (study of a particular element of interest for subsequent lessons).
My lessons are aimed at all genders and ages, especially for those starting to play sports from scratch. The levels I currently offer are basic and intermediate in the categories of pole dance (spin and choreography) and pole sport (static and dynamic). I also offer conditioning trainings without the pole (webcam), pole strap and pole double in presence lessons.

Non avevo mai fatto pole dance quindi Martina è la mia prima insegnante. Mi ha fatto appassionare da subito alla disciplina, dandomi forza e trasmettendomi tutta la sua passione e grinta anche quando non ero in grado di effettuare delle figure da subito. Ho visto i miglioramenti giorno per giorno grazie alla sua pazienza e ai suoi consigli. Super consigliata!
Avevo già fatto pole dance tuttavia non ero mai riuscita a progredire e completare alcune figure. Martina è molto paziente e attenta e pian piano con esercizi propedeutici mi sta facendo andare avanti in sicurezza. È molto professionale e disponibile e riesce a motivarti a dare sempre il meglio. Consigliatissima!
