About Charlotte
I have been a massage therapist for over 12 years and have been a massage instructor for 8 of those. I LOVE teaching massage, it is a real passion of mine.
As a massage therapist, I have 2200 hours of training, and am a member CMMOTA, along with being fully licenced and insured.
I also have a PhD in nutrition and a degree in nutritional biochemistry. And I have training in holistic nutrition.
Outside of these, I am a certified aromatherapist, a reiki master and a reflexologist. I am your one-stop-shop for healing!
I live in Calgary Alberta. In my spare time, I love going for walks, cooking, knitting, and reading. I also love spending time with friends and family.
Fun fact, I am also a HUGE Wheel of Time fan - having read the books as they were published.

I use a relaxed approach to teaching and can teach both in-person or online classes or a mix of the 2.
I have a lot of experience with teaching, and am happy to combine subjects in my classes.
The massage would be most suitable for people who are already massage students or interested in becoming one - think of my classes as being a tutoring session for the topics that you are struggling with.
Other classes like nutrition would be great for someone who wants to know more about this subject. Aromatherapy, reiki, reflexology could be used by anyone, but also massage therapists.
I can also tutor in biology and biochemistry, as my degree was in nutritional biochemistry.
