About Melanie
I am a dedicated cake artist with a career marked by crafting exquisite, award-winning cakes in my professional kitchen. My journey in the cake industry has been recognized with numerous accolades, including Best In Italy & Cakemaker of the Year by Destination Weddings and Honeymoons Abroad magazine. I am also a Destination Wedding Planners Congress ACE Award finalist, and my work has been featured in renowned publications such as Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Style Me Pretty, Ok Magazine, and Grace Ormonde. One of my proudest achievements was creating the official cake for Queen Elizabeth II's official birthday party in Italy.
