About Louis
Hi! I'm Louis, I'm a Master's Degree Graduate from Lancaster University and have been tutoring French and Spanish online for over 2 years. I have been lucky enough to live in both Spain and France and have experienced first-hand the different ways that languages are taught across Europe. I believe that the best way to learn and understand language is through a practical and exciting approach, as opposed to the more common book-based methods used in most schools. I aim to use my degree so that I might be able to share my passion for languages with others, and to spark more excitement around language learning in the future!

Classes will last an hour per session. Classes can be taught through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype or Discord! Classes will focus on interactivity and learning a language through a modern and progressive means with a larger focus on practical uses (Speaking and Listening) whilst still covering key grammatical areas! My lessons are for any level from beginner to A-Level (UK post 16 examination) and have no age limitations, if you are passionate about language, I would love to be your tutor!

Perfect! We needed to bring school French to life…… Louis is a fantastic tutor, my son really benefitted from his lessons and Louis’s passion for languages rubbed off on him for sure. As a result he became more confident, his understanding improved and he is happy with his progress, and pleased he did not give up!
