About Tracy
As a parent, I struggled when I could find no help and support I taught myself!
I have spent the last 15 years working with families and gaining qualifications to help and support families of every type including my own neurodiverse family.
Nothing fills me with joy more than watching a family flourish with confidence that they are doing it right for them!

During my sessions, you bring what you are struggling with and we explore why, how and what parts you want to truly change and develop.
Sessions are normally 60 or 120 minutes
I have two degrees on a BA hons childhood and youth studies the other BSc hons in psychology, alongside an Msc in applied positive and coaching psychology. I teach parents to have confidence in themselves.
My lessons are for any parents that feel they need support
