About Cris
I've been following a whole food plant-based diet myself for over a decade now. I have a bachelor's degree in biology, a master's degree in human nutrition, an undergrad in natural therapies and I've helped countless clients improve their health through food. Roughly around 14 years ago I changed my entire lifestyle without actually realising. I started practising yoga due to back pain and cut out of my diet all animal-based products, as most of us I thought they were necessary, this led me to start studying nutrition on my own while on my biology degree, just to realise how beneficial a whole food plant-based diet is for everyone. My health, my energy levels, my skin and my hair improved considerably and I never was a fast/junk food person. So I started teaching people around about it so they could also benefit from it. Easy to follow with no crazy ingredients and processes. As a very busy person myself, I've learned to cook fast, easy, nutritious and delicious meals to fuel my lifestyle. I'll give you the basic info in nutrition so you can adapt all meals to your preferences and necessities and I'll teach you how to combine different ingredients to achieve the perfect healthy and tasty meal. From microwave-cooked meals done in 10' to homemade breads and desserts. Personalised recipes for health conditions under nutritional assessment if needed.
