About Cassandra
I am a master’s student in the mental health counseling program. My passion is helping others become empowered through education and wellness. As a future counselor and aspiring teacher, I hope to contribute to the discovery of one’s inner ambitions. I am also a strong believer in advocacy and look forward to the day I get a chance to advocate as a teacher and counselor.

I have 3 years of experience tutoring those with learning disabilities. This has helped shape my teaching method. Since every individual learns differently, I may use more visual components when tutoring one student and an auditory or kinesthetic approach when working with another student. The aim of each of my tutoring sessions is to identify my client's strengths and help strengthen them.
