About Laoise
The reason why I chose to start teaching was because of the enjoyment I got out of watching children learn. I take huge satisfaction in getting the best out of children and watching them develop and grow. I try to create a positive learning place where the emphasis is more on giving a go, rather than on focusing on mistakes, the environment is a safe place for children to learn. I have coached a girl's soccer team, I have worked with a huge range of children in different schools and have loved watching them progress as human beings in life.

Lessons are very student-oriented. As mentioned previously I give lessons for English/Irish/Maths to the primary school level. A typical lesson will last one hour. I have an undergraduate degree in Irish, and I am currently studying to become a teacher and have one more year left until I am a fully qualified primary school teacher. My lessons will be suitable and caters for any abililty in primary school level or about to start secondary school. I will tailor the lesson for the student to improve their Gaeilge, maths or English.
