About Tiago
Bachelor degree in cello performance and currently taking a masters degree at the Royal Academy of Music. Experience with beginners, amateurs and advanced students from all ages!
I'm a Portuguese cellist and teacher fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and proficient in French. My background includes a vast orchestra and chamber music experience and solo programs. I've always found a big interest in teaching, starting my first experience at the age of 16 and continuing a regular practice till this day.
I developped a steady teaching routine from my 7 year experience teaching beginners, so if you are looking for a teacher to help you through your first cello steps, contact me!

My teaching method is based on the personality of each student. Everyone is different, and so should be the musical and teaching aproach!
Music is supposed to be fun and exciting, though learning a new instrument can be frustrating... It's my aim as a teacher to keep motivating and encouraging each and every student to excel and enjoy the most of them selves, while improving!
