About Aryan
Hey,
I am in my final year of Advanced Maths/Computer Science at UNSW. I graduated from Perth Modern School in 2020 which is WA's only selective school with a 96.8 ATAR. I can tutor online via zoom or a platform of your choice and I can even travel to you if you live in or near Castle Hill or th UNSW Kensingnton campus.
I am passionate about all things that are related to maths and physics and I have years of experience tutoring online and in person both privately and as part of my schools homework club. I take care in getting to know each student and their strengths and weaknesses in their learning. I can and have accomodated my approach to help students achieve their own goals in assesments, etc. I have decent resources (textbooks and past papers) to aid me in my teaching.

From my personal experience in high school, I am well aware of the gap between how the high school systems expect you to learn and practice content, and how it is most effectively learnt and practiced. Flexible yet consistent bursts of practice makes the content stick, while a casual, friendly learning environment allows for curiosity driven learning rather than rote memorisation. Academic integrity is also crucial on part of the tutor to ensure effective communication and real learning. Being an ex-high school student, I recognise the importance of every single one of these qualities and implement them during every exchange I have with students.
