Soe worked for me as a supply teacher on many occasions between 2009 and 2016 when I was Yorkshire Coordinator and then Director of Civitas Schools. He worked both at our Bradford Saturday School and at our London Schools. Soe is a very effective teacher, well organised, knows maths can explain it very clearly to children and has an excellent manner in the classroom. He is able to motivate children and makes sure they make progress. I would have employed him on a permanent basis if he had been available, but unfortunately his main job prevented him from working at our school as a regular teacher.
