About Fiona
Hi, My name is Fiona. I am 24 years old and study mechanical engineering. After graduating from high school, I first did an apprenticeship as a horse trainer/rider. Part of the training is also giving riding lessons. So I got early experience and routine in teaching. But my plan was always to study mechanical engineering. So I started this study after finishing my apprenticeship. Since elementary school, math and English have been my favorite subjects, and I really enjoy being able to use them in my studies. The logical connections of mathematics interest me the most and it is always a great experience to find different ways to explain them. I have been doing this as a tutor for some time now and it is totally fun.
In my free time, I love to be at the barn with my horse or walking in the woods with my dog. My dog is a sweet Jack Russel and sometimes also likes to be present in Zoom meetings ;).

Math has always been my favorite subject. I would like to help you so maybe it will be the same for you :).
I find that the most important skill for solving mathematical problems is to recognize anomalies, which you can then use to simplify the problems.
I teach the tips and tricks that help me even to this day in the mathematics of my mechanical engineering studies to solve more complex tasks. Of course, the basic explanations of the rules and "recipes" for mathematics are not neglected.
I offer the lessons as online lessons. I use my tablet with screen sharing as a blackboard.
This offers the greatest time flexibility for you and for me and as a further advantage it is location-independent.
