About Aswin
I am a medical student who has been tutoring at all levels up to GCSEs for 3 years. I have helped many students improve their grades allowing them to achieve higher grades than was predicted.
My biggest strength is the fact that I am a student!
Unlike many older teachers, I have taken the AQE exam myself and studied at a top grammar school. In addition, I have even taught my little sister for her AQE exams - I know what children are going through during these exams and how stressful it is.
I take their situation into account and am friendly and supportive at all times!

My teaching style is simple and tailored to you.
I have taken the AQE exam myself and even taught my little sister for her AQE exams - I know what children are going through during these exams and how stressful it is.
I take this into account and I ask you to describe exactly what you are struggling with and I'll ask you to do questions to identify weak areas. Then, I look at your own notes from school to see which method you have been taught. This is something I have noticed many tutors don't do, resulting in students getting conflicting methods. I then explain this method in a simple and easy to understand way, making sure you understand every step!
Past papers are a very important part of my teaching - they will make sure you are familiar with the format of the test, which is similar every year!
