About Ayesha

Hi! I’m Ayesha, full-time med student and part-time your tutor :)
I’ve always been interested in Biology and the human body, and I genuinely enjoy learning about it and explaining things to others.
Over the years, I’ve realized that I especially enjoy helping people understand things that initially seem complicated. I like keeping explanations simple, using examples, and making sure the concept actually makes sense rather than just asking students to memorize it.
I’m quite easygoing and patient, so I want my lessons to feel comfortable and interactive. Whether you’re struggling with a particular topic, need help with revision, or want to prepare for your exams, we can work through it together at a pace that suits you.

About the lesson

As a 4th-year MBBS student, I've spent a lot of time learning Biology, Anatomy, Physiology and the human body, and I genuinely enjoy explaining these concepts to others. I like breaking things down into simple steps and using diagrams, examples and real-life connections to make things easier to understand.

My lessons won't just be me talking while you take notes. We'll go through things together, use diagrams and examples, practise questions, and focus on whatever you find difficult.

Whether you're starting from the basics, catching up on a topic, or preparing for your school Biology exams, we'll go at a pace that works for you.

I can help with:

Years 7–10 Science & Biology Senior Secondary Biology VCE Biology HSC Biology QCE Biology Cell Biology & Genetics Human Biology & Body Systems Anatomy & Physiology Revision & exam preparation Practice questions and exam technique

I also offer a free first 30-minute lesson so we can get to know each other, see where you're currently at, and identify your strengths and areas that need more attention. From there, I can tailor the lessons to your level and goals.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. There's no such thing as a silly question in my class!

Perfect! I have had more than two tutoring lessons with Ayesha, and I have really enjoyed my experience. She is very patient and supportive when teaching, which makes the learning environment comfortable and welcoming. I felt confident asking questions and actively engaging in each lesson without feeling pressured. As a visual learner, I particularly appreciated how easily Ayesha adapted her teaching methods to suit my learning preferences. Her explanations and use of visual learning strategies made the content much easier for me to understand and remember. I would highly recommend Ayesha as a tutor to anyone looking for a patient, supportive, and adaptable teacher.
