About Elliot
I grew up in a small town in the South Island of New Zealand but always dreamed of a big future. I knew that achieving outstanding results in my secondary and tertiary studies would be the best way to ensure a successful future. After a long and hard yakka, I made it into medical school. Along the way, I learned some valuable lessons in exam prep, and I would love the opportunity to share these lessons with you so you can achieve to the absolute best of your ability.
I offer lessons in exam preparation in biology and chemistry with an emphasis on exam preparation. As a medical student, I am also available to offer exam preparation for pre-med assessments such as UCAT and GAMSAT, as well as basic sciences at the primary and early secondary level.
My lessons are personalized, friendly, and honest. I will always go above and beyond to ensure you can achieve to the absolute maximum of your capabilities - and I'm sure those capabilities are far greater than you anticipated.

I provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to teaching to prepare you for secondary NCEA assessments in biology and biochemical sciences. I follow the most up-to-date scientific information based on my own medical studies to help prepare you for outstanding exam results. I have several years' experience as a university and NCEA tutor, with a proven record in tutoring efficacy.
In our first complementary session together, I will spend time getting to know you, your expectations, your needs, and your current level of understanding. Over the subsequent weeks, we take a pragmatic and honest approach to NCEA assessment to ensure you know exactly what to do when you get through the door of the test hall. At the end, we spend a bit of time on general exam technique to improve your performance across your academic career and prepare you for an amazing future.
