About Shiv
I am 55 years old and have worked in the Indian Navy as a Commader. Then worked in IT and Telecom in senior positions. Started my spiritual journey 6 years ago. Had many experiences and met many yogis in the Himalayas. Reached a state of meditative mind. I want to share the approach to reach this state
