About Tee
Hi, I'm a trained meditation and yoga teacher with qualifications in breathwork and other modalities. My way of working is based on the primal wisdom of our ancient ancestors. They kept life simple, moving, creating, and celebrating the natural world that sustained them. Too many of us feel unmotivated and disconnected. I've been through emotional trauma that I wouldn't wish on anyone, but I knew I had to learn skills to help me through it. I have tried and tested tools to help you create a new paradigm for your life, bringing happiness, positivity, energy and presence!

My methodology is based on a mix of ancient wisdom and modern developments in health and psychology. I've seen first-hand how the right combination of healthy habits can get us through seemingly insurmountable problems. I come from a troubled family and have really seen the hard edge at the bottom of life's pendulum. We all have the ability to improve our lives, but sometimes we need someone to help us find it. Let me be that someone and help you improve mind, body, and soul to reignite your energy and get you where you want to be. Lessons are typically 45mins to 1 hour. In the first session, we'll nail what it is that's holding you back or troubling you, and in the follow-ups, we'll put together a plan that you can stick to for results. There's no dogma or judgment here, just practical steps you can take to improve your level of well-being. Some of my methods and suggestions may involve physical/somatic modalities (nothing extreme), so make sure to let me know if you're physically compromised in any way.
