About Marta

I am a person who, through a lot of transpersonal search to heal deep wounds, has managed to get out through many painful experiences, searching and experimenting with many breaths and meditations to accept emotions, feel them, and let them go but undoing them from the energy. Knowing that energy is the base, we are going to do deep healing from the roots.

About the lesson

I accompany you and guide you in the process of managing your anxiety, worries, anger, sadness and any emotion you need to manage and release with Gestalt therapy resources, different types of guided breathing and guided meditations. For children, adolescents and adults, all ages.
