About Arta
I'm not a personal trainer; just an old guy with decades of experience in bike commuting, year-round in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, in sunshine, rain or snow, from +43 C to -47 C. And I used to teach.
I've also done lots of bike+hike and bike+paddle, and once even attempted bike+ski at a snow-line of 900 meters. I don't think I've yet strapped a snowboard to a bike!

Most people do it wrong! Huffing and puffing, showering at work, getting stressed-out by car traffic.
That does not have to be the case.
It is possible, especially in Vancouver, to achieve sweat-free cycling. No, not in all climes or conditions, and perhaps not necessarily for everybody, but for many people, and much more often than you think!
I apply the same principles to skiing, snowboarding, hiking etc. Come Spring, if not at other times, most skiers/riders in a lift-line sweat unnecessarily.
The coaching is rather brief, lasting no more than a few, intermittent, one-hour sessions. Simply, practise what you've learnt, then arrange another lesson if needed. No rush.
This is for absolute beginners, to advanced commuters. Or, I could teach only layer management, for whichever sport or activity you're interested in.
