About Libs
I am head chorister of a choir I have been a member of for eight years and am used to working with, particularly younger, singers, to improve their skills and knowledge.
I am also a member of a cathedral choir which has greatly improved my repertoire, and, as such, I am available to help with whatever.
I have sung in many operas with a professional opera company and am fluent in sight-reading and transposing, along with other music theory skills that I am happy to assist with.
I have trained 5 young choristers before, and all of them were successful in their exams and enjoyed their lessons!

I like to begin by learning about the student's favourite styles of singing and pieces they enjoy performing (or if they are new to it, helping them find what those are!). I then like to ask them about their aims from our sessions - from expanding their range or improving vocal agility, to completing an ABRSM/RSCM exam. From there, I will explore their current range and oral/aural skills and we will begin to work toward those goals, in a no-pressure, relaxed environment.
