My teaching methods - shadow work ( I would start by having my student journal down past events that you personally think
have hurt you or people , past situations ) confronting the problem when you were a child i believe is the best way to go when it comes to stress management . at a early age if we don’t have the support system or the love that we needed back then later in life it can cause a domino effect , me personally have dealt with this myself . meditation would also be another one of my teaching approaches as well .
