About Vaibhav
I have served as a Merchant Navy Engineer for 3 years, after which I designed 2 Life Skill Development Programs for children of all ages. I am now heading a company called BWgrow which specializes in helping parents fulfill the emotional and intellectual needs of their growing children in the most practical and effective ways possible by using scientific and modern techniques.

My classes are based on the Self Determination Theory where I engage with the student in a common dialogue about likes and dislikes, normal routines and important events in life.
This way i discover the intrinsic motivations of the student and can then use those to target development in aspects like confidence, communication and most importantly perspective. Through these dialogues I also narrate stories based on the student's interest that help him or her understand emotions and how to effectively manage them, resilience and techniques to maintain a good mental health.
