About Simon
I am an artist, university lecturer and Zen Buddhist. My teaching draws from all of these diverse experiences as well as 18 years of Ki Aikido practice. I gain immense joy from the reciprocal process that teaching has to offer.
My courses are IMTA-accredited (a US-based organisation that oversees international mindfulness teacher education and training standards).

I offer flexible mindfulness to suit you—single sessions, courses or bespoke workshops for individuals, groups, or businesses.
Through guided meditation techniques and exploring day to day themes, such as physical pain, anxiety, role and emotional stress, mindfulness and meditation provide a toolkit for self-practice to deal with the stresses and anxieties that occur in our daily lives.
