About Julia
I have taught Anxiety Management in Adult Education for eleven years and started incorporating Insight and mindfulness practice into classes. Since then I've expanded my understanding of Vipassana meditation and concentrated on making sessions accessible and relevant to Londoners.

My sessions usually start with a settling/quieting exercise and a grounding meditation. Next, a brain-teasing activity, and mindful movement, followed by a longer more interactive guided meditation. I also do some mindful songs and play-scripts to vary things.
