About Somaia
I will be a freshman at MIT in the fall (class of 2023). I have achieved a 35 on the ACT and a 5 in AP Spanish, US History, and World History as well as a 4 in AP English Language and AP Biology. I have also achieved First Place in Algebra II Math Team.

My teaching method is individual based. I will assess the method of learning most effective for a particular student and help the student learn in that manner for that subject. For example, biology is usually more memorization based and diagrams and flash cards help more than in math where practicing many problems and discovering common methodologies for solving particular types of questions may be more useful.
