About Alex
With 7 years of teaching experience, I specialise in helping school and college students strengthen their singing technique and develop their unique voice. My approach combines core vocal skills—breath management, pitch accuracy, tone, and range—with creative exercises to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, incorporating innovative methods such as recording sessions, vocal improvisation, and performance simulations. I also focus on stage confidence and musical expression, ensuring students feel prepared and comfortable performing.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive, creating a positive environment where students thrive. I aim to instil not only technical mastery but also a lifelong passion for singing and performing.

My Singing teaching methodology focuses on skill development, creativity, and responsible learning. Communication plays a key role in my lessons. I clearly explain techniques and give constructive feedback so students understand how to improve their voice step by step. Lessons are interactive and adjusted to each student’s needs.
Creativity helps students connect emotionally with music. I include imaginative vocal exercises, creative interpretation, and personalised song choices to make learning enjoyable. Students are encouraged to explore different styles and sounds, helping them discover their natural vocal strength.
Cultural sensitivity is always respected in my teaching practice. I value diverse musical traditions and include songs from different cultures and languages. This helps students gain confidence, improve expression, and appreciate musical diversity.
Accountability is encouraged through goal setting, guided practice plans, and regular progress reviews. I help students stay focused and disciplined in their learning. Along with Singing, I also teach supporting subjects such as breathing techniques, rhythm training, diction, and basic music theory to support overall vocal growth.
