My aim in teaching is to create a situation where students become enthusiastic about understanding the subject matter themselves and consequently deeply integrate new content and frames of meaning into their way of thinking.
My approach grows out of three interlinking strands: my personal experience with learning and learners; study of the experiences of others; and experimentation.
