About Melisa
With over 15 years of experience as a track athlete, I have competed internationally for Greece and Portsmouth University in the 800m and 1500m events. My background in elite sport has given me a deep understanding of performance, discipline, and the science behind athletic success. I hold a Master’s in Sports Performance and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, alongside Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Professional Diploma. Combining scientific knowledge with practical experience, I design tailored training sessions that support athletes and individuals of all ages in achieving their performance and wellbeing goals.

I am a full-time Personal Trainer based in Portsmouth, UK, coaching, educating, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals through dedication, consistency, and enjoyment.
