About Irem
My name is Irem, and I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, graphic designer, and singer/dj. I live in Bali but I am originally from Istanbul, Turkey! I am in the progress of switching my business from being on the screen using my brain all the time to be more present with my body and work on human as a whole instead of only focusing on mind.
I've designed a wide range of digital and print visual materials such as booklets, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts for Meta (previously known as Facebook Company) and Save The Children. I've also designed corporate identities, style books and websites for lots of award-winning start-ups and SMBs which are located in the UK, Germany and Turkey. Being a freelancer forces you to be good at pretty much everything so that's why I kinda know a bit of everything :) I also have experience in project management, team management and design past for big scale projects of Vehbi Koc Foundation (currently a client of mine) and Sabanci Holding.
I specialize especially in branding, website design and social media.

In my design tool lessons, I keep things hands-on, practical, and tailored to what you want to achieve. I’ll show you tips, tricks, and shortcuts that I’ve picked up over the years, all while helping you understand not just how to use the tools but why certain techniques or approaches make sense.
My lessons are super flexible—we’ll go at your pace, and I’ll adapt everything to what works for you. It’s not just about learning the software; it’s about building your confidence to create and problem-solve like a designer. Think of it as less about tutorials and more about unlocking what’s possible for you.

Details
My yoga classes range from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes. Each session is tailored to the student’s body, physical needs, and the intention they wish to cultivate through the practice. The classes incorporate a blend of strength, flexibility, balance, and somatic awareness.
30-minute classes: $60
1-hour classes: $100
1.5-hour classes: $130
Design lessons focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and InDesign, with each session lasting 1 hour. The content is customized to align with the student’s intended use of these tools and their professional goals.
1-hour design lesson: $65
