About Bree
Hi, my name is Breanna! I am a teacher of English, French and German in secondary education and have almost four years of experience in the Dutch school system (plus another year as a French and German teacher in my native country, Canada). I am very interested in people's clear pronunciation and self-confidence. I would be happy to help you with your final exam in English, with your MAVO / Havo / VWO CITO test preparation, with the understanding of literature, or if you want to prepare for your IELTS or Cambridge tests. In English: Hello! I'm Breanna and I'm a high school English and German teacher. I speak French, German, Dutch, and of course my first language, English. I have been teaching English and German in the Netherlands for nearly 4 years, and have taught in my home country of Canada as well. My passion in for pronunciation and self-confidence. I use a growth mindset (Canadian school system) and the European Common Framework of Reference (CEFR in Dutch) or an "I can ..." method, where you will build your skills. If you want help for a particular test, I will give lessons either in preparation per Exam Section, or with a face-to-face interview to see what to focus on.

Perfect! Breanna is werkelijk een echte superprof! Ze heeft mij de eerste paar lessen tips & trucs gegeven voor luistervaardigheid Engels en we zijn daarna meteen aan de slag gegaan. Ze legt op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier uit en je hoeft niet bang te zijn om iets te vragen! Ze is super vriendelijk en vrolijk, kortom een echte aanrader!
- Charlotte is heel lief, maar laat je daardoor niet voor de gek houden. Deze jongedame is een ster; ze werkt hard en neemt advies zeer serieus. Charlotte kwam naar mij toe voor hulp bij luisterexamens op gevorderd niveau en scoort uitstekend op haar oefenexamens. Ik wens haar het allerbeste!Bree's response :
Excellent! Breanna is een zeer bekwame docent vanwege haar grondige inhoudelijke kennis en haar gedrevenheid voor talen. Ook sluit ze uitstekend aan bij de situatie van de leerling. Aanbevolen!
