About MariLu
I graduated from Elon University in May 2024! Throughout elementary, middle, and high school, I participated in many musical activities and performances. I took private voice lessons for over 10 years, which laid the strong foundation for my understanding of music theory. The music theory classes I took throughout my college career built upon my pre-established knowledge, and my four years in college a cappella strengthened my vocal adaptability, intonation, and range. With several years of experience in both classical and commercial voice lessons, church choir, choral ensemble, a cappella, and musical theatre, I am confident that I can help you grow as a singer and performer!

MariLu tutored my son in math, from elementary school into middle school. My son has mild autism and ADHD and MariLu made him feel comfortable working with her. She took time to get to know him and approached their lessons in way that helped him to understand.
