About Maia
I am a music producer who makes electronic music. I study Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh. I have been producing music for 5 years, starting on GarageBand and then moving to Logic Pro and Ableton Live. I am well versed on both DAWs.

About the lesson

I own Logic Pro, GarageBand, and Ableton, so can share my screen and show the student how to produce on those DAWs. I can go over the interface, show them how to record MIDI and audio, and how to export the tracks. I can also go into more detail on music production and beatmaking techniques within those DAWs, such as sampling, sound design, mixing, and audio/MIDI effects. If they want to be taught in real life, I can help them on their computer if they own it, or they can try it out on my computer.
