About Sarah
I am a teacher of many subjects. I have been tutoring many classes including flute, piano, math, science all as private lessons for years. I have an associates degree in music from Las Positas College. I have been teaching private lessons in both flute and piano since 2013. I have taught in studio, at homes and online.

My teaching approach is careful and different for each student. Because I have taught so many different types and ages of students over the years, I customize my curriculum for each new student. I believe it is important for beginners to learn proper form and not rush. I also believe it's important that the student enjoy what they are learning so that they want to practice. Therefore I will create individual lesson plan for every student and listen to feedback. I give resources help you succeed and incorporate multiple different exercises to keep things interesting.
