About Hamish
Music practitioner teaching all ages. Graduated with an MA degree in Music Performance, as well as an LRSM in Clarinet and ALCM in Composition, I previously attended Chetham's School of Music.
I have sung professionally as a chorister in the City of Bath, worked in one of the music libraries within the University of Oxford, and am currently working with a community arts charity in Cambridge. I teach music production, composition, theory and performance.
My specialities include tutoring those with mental health differences, physical health differences and individuals who consider themselves neurodiverse.
I have both child and adult safeguarding certificates, an enhanced DBS certificate, public liability insurance and am a Member of the ISM (MISM).

Weekly lessons can be either a half-hour or hour in length. During the lessons, I will develop a person-centred learning plan that caters to your learning needs. I have a strong understanding of a variety of teaching techniques and am particularly competent at teaching neurodiverse individuals. Lessons will comprise of a combination of technical advice and the development of practice materials to ensure you have the right support to improve in your own time.
