About Federico
Musical training
• Private bandoneon lessons from 2013 to 2017 with Rodolfo Roballos (bandoneonist of the Rodolfo Mederos Orchestra and director of the Academia Tango Club).
• I have studied and been part of the Academia Tango Club since March 2014 to October 2020, space dedicated to the musical training, dissemination and appreciation of Tango.
• I have taken courses in Harmony with Miguel Caragliano (2016) and Technical Elements of Tango with Rodolfo Mederos (2016 and 2017), within the framework of the Academia Tango Club.
• Private bandoneon classes from March 2019 to the present with Santiago Segret, bandoneonist of the Schissi quintet and the Trio Segret Quintero Pilar (Santiago Segret, Juan Quintero and Andrés Pilar).
• I am currently studying the technical course in Bandoneón of the Juan Manuel de Falla Conservatory.
Work experience
• I have been part of the Canyengue Typical Orchestra from 2014 to 2020. With this orchestra we have played in various spaces, events and festivals such as the ND Ateneo Theater, the Buenos Aires International Tango Festival, the Torcuato Tasso Cultural Center, and we have made tours of the interior of the country to Tierra del Fuego and La Pampa.
• I worked in the role of Administrative Employee at DWS, Spanish School for Foreigners, from October 2012 to December 2014. My main role consisted of taking care of students, answering questions about the school, courses , teachers, schedules, answer private inquiries from teachers and students. Organize tourist activities for students.
• During 2018 I worked for the Academia Tango Club performing various administrative tasks: presenting documentation for the operation of La Academia Tango Club as a civil association, organizing the logistics of various courses offered, answering messages and inquiries from social networks, charging membership fees of the La Academia Tango Club, and presenting various financing projects.

My teaching method is based on learning by making music, that is, playing musical pieces and songs, giving priority to the interpretive aspect. The technical and theoretical aspects are of vital importance but they must be oriented to playing and making music.
