About Purwal
My self Rajat Purwal from Rishikesh I came to know about yoga when i was in 12th standard and started doing some yoga practice, after 12 th I had my graduation in yoga and science, and also got my Diploma in yoga and Naturopathy.
By the time i got chance to share yoga knowledge out of Rishikesh in few places and country such as Banglore, Kerala, Goa, Maharastra and in Nepal with people from India and abroad, so yes you can join me for online yoga class.

Hlo Namaste beautiful people this is Rajat teacher of yoga subject, i am sharing yoga knowledge since last 5 years,once definitely join my class.
I teach traditional way of Hatha yoga with a combination of iyengar practice more focusing on body alignment, Pranayama and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teaching. Although there are various style of teaching but my class will take you in deep experience of yoga, what's important actually.
