About Hannah
I suffer from a severe case of IBS and have had many days off college due to this illness which has caused me to sometimes become overwhelmed and stressed with the work load therefore I have had to teach myself a lot of techniques to cope with stress so that my mental health isn’t affected and I would love to teach young individuals my techniques to encourage them to never give up!

My teaching methods include breathing techniques, certain exercises, CBT and revision techniques. I use these types of methods because through my time spent at college these were the techniques that helped me the most. I have had my IBS condition for 11 years now and have tried many techniques to help reduce the chances of the stress from work affecting young people’s mental health because they are more than capable of achieving anything they want to in life, they just need the support there to help them so they don’t feel like they’re trying to get through it alone!
