Shaneen is an awesome Yoga instructor! I had a really great time meditating, stretching, and moving my body in such a fun class. She is patient and approachable, and even offers modified poses that has helped me through the hard parts. She is very attentive that she makes sure I am doing it correctly and safely. I highly recommend Shaneen’s class to unwind in the middle of a stressful week!
