About Sharanya
I am a person that is full of energy and enthusiasm. A tolerant and quiet personality. I'm currently pursuing an international business master's degree. I hold a psychology bachelor's degree. I am an Indian national karate champion and a national-level fencer. I've also worked as a fitness instructor for college students. Since I was a child, sports and fitness have been a part of my life, and I continue to be passionate about them. I'm delighted to be able to help people get in shape or restore their fitness.

I am a very outgoing and friendly trainer. My classes will be fun and energizing. I've helped a lot of my pupils in India shed weight and become in shape with my instruction. For the past ten years, I've been involved in sports and fitness. I am willing to teach students of any age range. I am willing to take classes both online and offline. During this pandemic, I am confident that my lectures will have a beneficial effect on your thoughts. The first session (which is free) will be an online consultation in which we will get to know each other, determine your goals, and begin developing a game plan to assist you to achieve your goals!
