I also really enjoy drone videography. I have been living in Cape Town for the past two years now but I am actually from Johannesburg.
Why should I be your Tutor?: I feel like I am very easy to speak to, and I am always willing to help someone. Often my friends came to my room late at night (as I was in boarding) begging for help with their Afrikaans essays or speeches. Without even thinking I’ll jump up and help them. I imagine our relationship will be quite similar. I am here to make Afrikaans less of a pain and get you into Uni, or for whatever reasons, more easily.

During high school I helped many of my peers achieve excellent marks, and I can do the same for you. When arriving in Garde 8, I already started editing speeches and essays for Matrics. I soon afterwards saw the opportunity available to me and started my own business on campus where I helped many of my peers boost their Afrikaans mark exponentially. In Matric 2021, I achieved excellent marks with an average of 96% for Afrikaans FAL oral related tasks e.g prepared reading, prepared speeches, unprepared reading etc. My classes will be aimed at helping you with your speeches and essays during term and I will also help you with pronunciation specifically. Pronunciation is everything when delivering a formal and well constructed Afrikaans oral related task. Google Translate is no longer your best friend, I am. I can also assist you with any other language related queries.

Edited (you write I edit): Essays/Speeches less than 400 words will be R70. When exceeding 400 words each additional 0-50 words will cost R25 on top of original price.
Assisted (we sit together in-person/over zoom and write): Essays/Speeches less than 400 words will cost R190. When exceeding 400 words each additional 0-50 words will cost R25 on top of original price.
Pronunciation sessions: These sessions will cost R50 each as it will also include a personal video of me reading the speech/text as well as me helping you ace your own pronunciation.
