About Isabelle
Hi, I'm Isabelle! Having had German grilled into me as my home language as a child and since also sitting exams, I understand how it is to both learn and teach German. Also have a keen interest in maths (studying it at Oxford next year) but I think having a language in a back pocket is so helpful and can be really fun as a qualification too! Looking forward to meeting you :)

Happy to accommodate needs as suited, whether this is support or extension. Fluent in English and German so can collaborate on translations, speaking, writing, listening, reading... I have experience teaching a wide range of levels in the past, from primary school (aged 8+) to fellow sixth-form students. Happy to mark homework outside of lesson times, which I'd recommend as an hour but I'm flexible!

Isabelle has been tutoring me for a while now and I can wholly say that she has no equal. I had a few tutors in the past and maths still wasn't my strong suit. Since being tutored by Isabelle, I feel like I actually understand questions on topics I previously struggled with like integration, trigonometry and functions. She listens to what I struggle with and then tailors the session accordingly. Highly recommend.
Her way of teaching maths is super approachable. She has helped my daughter with Foundation GCSE Maths and was always very dedicated.
I liked working with Isabelle on my Speaking as it was good practice for my GCSEs and A-levels. She also helped me with my Further Maths GCSE and A-level Maths and showed me several methods when possible which was nice. Defo recommend
She is super friendly and she has perfect German and English which was very helpful!
Such a dedicated and approachable tutor - she helped me out for both maths and german and can't thank her enough. Also really easy to contact outside of lesson hours with detail responses!!
