About Even
I’m a native Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong, now based in London, and I love helping others connect with the language in a fun and relaxed way. I started my education in Hong Kong, where Chinese is my first language, and finished my bachelor's degree in the UK. I’m fluent in English, so you don’t need to worry about any communication issues during lessons — I’ll explain everything clearly and tailor the pace to suit you. Whether you're a beginner, a heritage speaker, or preparing for exams, I’ll make sure our lessons are engaging, supportive, and focused on helping you speak confidently.

Even is an amazing tutor. He explains everything so clearly and tailors each class to my level. I used to struggle with tones, but now I feel way more confident speaking. If you’re looking for a tutor who genuinely cares about your progress, he’s the one!
I’ve been taking Cantonese classes with Even for a few weeks now, and I highly recommend him as a tutor. He is very responsible, patient, and always willing to help. The learning materials he provides are clear and practical, which has made a big difference in my progress. After trying a few tutors, I can say with confidence that Even stands out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to learn Cantonese.
