About Carol
Hi, this is Carol, I am a Chinese tutor and also a native Chinese speaker. I also can speak English. I love cooking, swimming and travelling. I have travelled to many countrie since I believe travelling is the best way to relax. I have the strong passion in teaching, which makes me to be a part-time teacher when I graduated from my high school.

I have 2 years of teaching experience, working with students of various ages and proficiency levels. My teaching experience encompasses one-on-one tutoring, small group classes, and online instruction, providing me with a versatile skill set to cater to diverse learning needs.
My teaching method is communicative and immersive. I priortize active student participation and will focus on your speaking and listening skills, which is in a more practical way, rather than only those boring therotical method. I will carefully select interesting materials and activities to make learning lively and enjoyable, ensuring a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
I believe in tailoring lessons to the individual needs and learning styles of my students, which allows me to address specific linguistic challenges and accelerate the learning process. Furthermore, I will build both linguistic competence and confidence of student in order to help them to improve the Mandarin level.
Beyond language acquisition, I also incorporate cultural elements into my lessons. I will communicate and explore traditional festivals and customs with my students if they want, providing students with a holistic understanding of Chinese culture. I am committed to creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment that fosters a genuine passion for the Chinese language and culture.
